Warranty Policy — Nexura Pickleball

🛡️ 1-Year Limited Warranty

Every Nexura paddle is backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects from the original date of purchase.

What is Covered:

• Core delamination or soft spots.
• Loose edge guards or loose end caps.
• Cracks or structural defects under normal play.

What is NOT Covered:

• Normal wear and tear, graphics fading, or core degradation over time.
• Damage caused by abuse, negligence, hitting ground/other objects, or unauthorized modifications.

How to File a Claim:

Please contact us at gaha17025@gmail.com with your order number, description of the issue, and high-quality photos/videos showing the defect. Our support team will respond within 24 hours to arrange a free replacement if approved.
