SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Nexura Pickleball. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and fulfilled within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).

  • High-Volume Periods: During peak seasons, promotional events, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order (exceeding 5 business days), we will contact you immediately via email at gaha17025@gmail.com.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We primarily ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping charges and estimated delivery windows for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Please Note: Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Nexura Pickleball is not responsible for delays caused by logistics carriers, severe weather, custom clearance procedures, or any other events outside of our direct control.

  • P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO/DPO Addresses: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped, containing your unique Tracking Number(s). The tracking information will become active and scannable within 24–48 hours of dispatch. You can track your package directly through the carrier's official website via the link provided in the email.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments (including deliveries to Canada and other regions outside the United States):

  • If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, contact us within 7 days and we will help you resolve it with the carrier.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, and customs brokering fees). Prices displayed on our store do not include these import costs.

5. Title, Risk of Loss, and Damages

In accordance with Section 5 of our Terms of Service, the title and risk of loss for all products pass to you (the buyer) immediately upon our transfer of the goods to the shipping carrier (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

  • Nexura Pickleball is not liable for any products damaged, broken, or lost during transit.

  • If you received your order damaged or if the package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

  • Recommendation: Please save all packaging materials, packing slips, and damaged goods, and take clear photographs before filing a claim, as these will be required by the carrier as evidence.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address, contact name, and phone number provided at checkout are 100% complete and accurate. Nexura Pickleball is not responsible for deliveries that are misrouted or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address entries (e.g., missing apartment or suite numbers). If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of reshipping the items.
